Reservations and Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from Places of Africa Safaris.

Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and other travel documents are valid before arrival.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal belongings, delays, cancellations, and emergency evacuation.

Accommodation

Accommodation is subject to availability. If an accommodation provider is unable to provide the reserved room, an alternative accommodation of a similar standard will be arranged.

Transportation

We reserve the right to change vehicles, guides, routes, accommodations, and schedules whenever necessary because of weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

Places of Africa Safaris shall not be held responsible for losses, injuries, delays, theft, accidents, political unrest, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
