Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The charges below apply from the date we receive that written request.

Cancellation by the Guest

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

The following charges apply:

When we receive your written requestCharge, as a share of the total booking value
More than 60 days before arrival10%
Between 30 and 59 days before arrival25%
Between 15 and 29 days before arrival50%
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival75%
Less than 7 days before arrival100%

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

Cancellation by Places of Africa Safaris

Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any itinerary. Whenever possible, an alternative arrangement or a refund will be offered.
