No buried conditions

The terms are on the same page

Travel discounting has a bad reputation because the headline and the conditions usually live in different places. Every offer here shows its saving, its booking deadline, its travel window and its full terms on one page.

Two things are true of all of them. Park and conservation fees are never discounted — they are set by TANAPA and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, they are roughly a third of your price, and no operator can reduce them. And an offer holds nothing; only a deposit does.

If two offers would both apply to your trip, ask us which is worth more. It is not always the bigger percentage.

Book far enough ahead and you take the discount and the camps you actually wanted. The two go together in peak season.

A departure that is already costed still runs with empty seats. Inside the window, those seats go cheaply.

Not a discount — additions. Most camps will do something for a honeymoon if the operator asks properly.

Extended Journeys

The guide, the vehicle and the transfers cost the same whether you stay seven nights or twelve. Longer trips should cost less per night.

Terms & conditions

  1. Offers apply to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  2. One offer per booking. Offers cannot be combined with each other unless we say so in writing.
  3. Subject to availability at the time of booking. An offer does not hold a camp or a seat — a deposit does.
  4. Park and conservation fees are set by TANAPA and the NCAA and are never discounted. Any saving applies to our own charges.
  5. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer at any time. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms it was confirmed on.
